Account Coordinator
Launch your career in marketing while working alongside experienced strategists, creatives, and account managers. Help support exciting brands, coordinate client projects, and gain a behind-the-scenes look at how successful marketing campaigns come together.
We're looking for someone early in their marketing career who's organized, dependable, and excited to learn how great agencies actually operate.
Not someone looking for an administrative job.
Someone who wants to work alongside talented marketers, support exciting brands, and build the foundation for a long-term career in marketing.
If that sounds like you, keep reading.
As an Account Coordinator, you'll work alongside a team of Account Managers, strategists, creatives, project managers, and marketing specialists who push each other to do exceptional work. You'll help keep client accounts organized, projects moving, and communication flowing across the agency.
You'll work in marketing every day, but you won't be responsible for building marketing strategies...yet.
Instead, you'll gain a front-row seat to how campaigns are planned, how client relationships are managed, how creative comes together, and how successful agencies help businesses grow. It's an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while building skills that will serve you throughout your career.
Although our office is in downtown Fort Wayne, our work reaches far beyond it.
You'll support brands across North America and beyond, from fast-growing startups to category leaders. Some are expanding into new international markets. Others are established companies generating tens of millions in annual revenue. Every client presents a different challenge, giving you exposure to a wide variety of industries, business models, and marketing strategies.
One morning you might be preparing materials for a Quarterly Business Review. That afternoon you could be coordinating a product launch with our Creative, Paid, and Organic teams. The next day you might be sitting in a strategy meeting with a national brand, seeing firsthand how experienced Account Managers guide conversations and help clients grow.
Why This Role Matters
This isn't designed to be a forever job.
It's designed to become your foundation.
We've intentionally built this role as a pathway into Account Management. You'll receive structured coaching, regular feedback, and increasing responsibility as you grow. For the right person, there's a clear path into a full-time Account Manager role based on performance.
Whether your goal is to become an Account Manager, marketing leader, client strategist, or eventually build something of your own, this role is designed to accelerate your career by giving you experience most people don't get until much later.

Build meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and send organized meeting recaps
Track client requests and action items from start to finish
Coordinate with our Creative, Paid, Organic, and Project Management teams

Who We're Looking For
We're much more interested in how you work than how much experience you have.
You enjoy staying organized, following through on commitments, and helping people succeed. You're detail-oriented, communicate clearly, and naturally take ownership of the things you're responsible for.
You're curious about marketing, eager to learn, and excited by the opportunity to work alongside talented people who care deeply about their craft.
Agency experience isn't required. We can teach you how we work. We can't teach curiosity, reliability, or a genuine desire to do exceptional work.
If you've had internships, customer service experience, leadership roles, or personal projects that demonstrate those qualities, we'd love to hear about them.
