Every year RISE Sports Advisors hosts a symposium in Dallas, TX to bring together business leaders and high-level executives to speak with athletes about building and managing businesses. They approached Cyclone Social to help host this event via virtual stream in 2020.

Cyclone Social not only hosted the event but also promoted the symposium with advertising, developed a registration page with a single access point, tested and directed 14 speakers across the country, and broadcasted the event with custom on-screen graphics, transitions, pre-produced content and advertising.

The event was extremely successful, with over double the attendance of previous years. Throughout the 2 night event, we were able to retain 100% of the attendees for the entire duration of the symposium.
