Cinda B approached Cyclone Social with a challenge to grow e-commerce sales. This was a crucial time for the company as they were trying to decide if they should pivot to become a wholesaler.
Cyclone Social started by revamping Cinda B's website to optimize conversions. Simultaneously, the creative department worked on rebranding Cinda B and creating hundreds of pieces of content to A/B test. Lastly, digital strategists built targeted campaigns for social media. The team built 88 different ads with 4-6 variations of each set. Each ad was tested for a different result and assigned to one of three main categories within the sales funnel: awareness, consideration, or conversion.
Cinda B saw a huge success. In the midst of a pandemic and economic shutdown, online sales grew by 72% and new online customers nearly doubled! Here are some key metrics over the 4-month campaign:
